1.1 Nature of the Agreement

By accessing, registering on, or using any service of the www365 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these terms and conditions in full and agree to comply with them. This agreement creates a legal obligation that applies equally to both parties.

3.1 Age Verification

4.4 Prohibited Transactions

5.1 Welcome Bonus Terms

www365 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; a deposit of ৳42,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.

Each new member is eligible to receive this bonus once only.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x (twenty times). This means you must wager twenty times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳20,000 before withdrawing. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 Other Promotions

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Opening multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits, using bots or automated methods, or attempting to earn bonuses through any fraudulent means is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be closed.

6.1 Fair Play Policy
